Belgian techno innovator Peter Van Hoesen releases his sophomore album, and while ‘Perceiver’ eschews its predecessor’s stringent focus on slow-motion dub techno it is still a worthy sucessor to 2010’s acclaimed ‘Entropic City’, incorporating subtle electronica moods and advanced beat construction. Recommended.
